Games

Our Spring Season begins April 13th and plays through June 8th. The Fall Season begins on September 9th and plays through October 14th. All games are scheduled to play at Mountain View High School in Vancouver, WA.

Each game lasts an hour and is at least two innings. Every player bats and every player scores, ensuring a tie score at the end of the game, for those who keep count. To help keep the games running on time, the participants are asked to arrive fifteen minutes before each game. There are practices available during the week and games are played on Saturdays only. At each game we have buddies available to help each player be safe in the field and bring excitement to the game. Teams play an average of eight games per season.

Players

The Southwest Washington Challenger League is all about inclusion. Most of our athletes have been told before that they cannot play mainstream sports but not at Southwest Washington Challenger Baseball. We welcome and encourage players whether they have an intellectual or physical challenge, or both. Often, Challenger Baseball is the first family activity revolving around the player. “No player is left behind!” We accept players ages 4 and up, and create teams of up to 12 similarly aged players.
